Service Charges

The Sheridan Public Library offers patrons and/or staff a variety of services, some of which may incur specific charges to the patron. For the calendar year 2025, the library has set the following charges for the listed services:

Black and white photocopy – 10¢ per sheet

Color photocopy – 25¢ per sheet

Out-going and In-coming fax – 10¢ per sheet

Lamination – card: 25¢, half sheet: 50¢, full sheet (8½ x 11): $1.00

Large lamination (27” wide) – 75¢ per linear foot

Overdue library materials – 25¢ per item per day

Overdue Hotspots – $2.00 per day

Digital Scans – 10¢ per scan

For-Profit Meeting Room Charge – $100.00 per day

Meeting Room Charge — $75.00 per day

Non-Profit Reoccurring Fee – $10 per event

Meeting Room Damage Deposit (Refundable) – $75.00 per day

PLAC Card – $70.00 (State statute)

Non-resident Library Card – $70.00 per year

Per-diem Meal Allowance – $30.00 per day

Per-diem Lodging Allowance – $125.00 per day

POV Mileage Allowance – Standard IRS Mileage Rate (70¢ per mile in 2025)
