SHERIDAN PUBLIC LIBRARY
2025 COMMUNITY ROOM RENTAL INFORMATION

Room Reservation & Charges:

Room Charge $75.00/day
For-Profit Room Charge $100.00/day
Non-Profit Reoccurring Fee $10.00/event
Room Damage Deposit (Refundable) $75.00/day (refundable after key return, clean up and inspection)

-To reserve room, a completed reservation form must be submitted with deposit.
-Rental Fee must be paid prior to use of the room.
-Refundable deposit will be returned upon inspection of the room and may be requested at the front desk or by calling the library at 317-758-5201. Deposit can be rolled over for future events.
-Community Room access is by key and must be obtained at the front desk during library hours.
-An envelope will be given at the time of key pickup that will be used to place in the book drop box after room rental is complete.
-No alcohol, tobacco or firearms.
-User must supply own paper products, clean up, restore room to original condition. Trash bags, vacuum and kitchen utensils will be available, along with the full kitchen.
-All those under 18 must be supervised by adults.
-This agreement DOES NOT include the use of the Story Time room.
-NOTHING is to be attached to the walls (i.e. taped, tacked, sticky tack, etc). Doing WILL result in loss of deposit. Please use the provided cork board strips.
