Special Called Meeting October 2, 2025, 6:00 PM
Call to Order
Ruth Gerbig called to order at 6:02 PM. Board members: Ruth Gerbig, Laura Glunt, Floyd Barker and Barbara Hybarger were all present. Board members Alicia Burnell, Loretta Sutherland, and Kathy Bray were absent. Library Director, Kim Riley, was also in attendance.
Call for Quorum
Quorum was met.

After presentations and discussion Floyd made a motion to table a vote until the Oct. 13, 2025 board meeting. Barb seconded. Motion passed
